Lose'em or not? You decide!? - vibrating treadmill

Gender: Female
Average Height: 166.5 cm
Weight: 53 kg
I only follow a diet plan for six weeks, a good doctor in my country, which specializes in the thigh and hip fat.
I decided to the gym 3 times a week and the following exercises, go to:
1. 30 min. Treadmills
2. 30 min. Cycling
3. 30 min. Ellipticals
4. 20 min. "I do not know his name, but to move his type of device that you start on and so fast that the feeling that vibrates like a laptop!
Because of the religious duties, I am glad that I eat fast-to-month as a whole and at sunset and movement as well! So I want to be in shape?
My goals are dreams:
1. To lose belly fat
2. To lose, the thighs, hips, buttocks, and FAt
3. To avoid pyriform
4. To have a healthy life, so that the body
5. Trying to get 6-pack

What can I do to get 6 pieces? That the exercise of that 3x a week will help me find the pack of 6?

Are you a Muslim? I have some Muslim friends who have lost over 10 pounds during Ramadan) to actually healthier to eat this way.
