The anime is to a child who lives with his family. The anime is not very well developed, the boy has a big head, wearing a red T-shirt and yellow shorts. I loved the anime was younger than me, but I do not know the English name for it help please?

Yes. In Korea, I saw the Korean version of the same (which is less used than the Japanese and to show poorly on Adult Swim)
